AI Shopping Assistant

AI Shopping Assistant provides a storefront and native WordPress assistant backed by a local content index and optional product feeds.

Release status: implementation preview. Validate provider configuration, content governance, index freshness, consent, and storefront behavior on staging.

Implemented capabilities

• Independent header, footer, and fixed storefront surfaces. Any combination can be enabled

and all visible surfaces share one runtime and conversation.

• Flat or interactive 3D launcher presentation.
• Branding, greeting, privacy, and consent controls.
• Connected AI service configuration and signed product licensing.
• Inline placement with [chat_assistant]. In headless mode the chat UI is loaded as

a small dynamic frontend chunk only when the shortcode is present; pages without the shortcode do not load that component or call its configuration/chat endpoints.

Placement

• Use [chat_assistant] in WordPress page content for an inline chat box.
• Enable the fixed launcher or header/footer surfaces in the Control Center when the

assistant should be globally available.

• The paid AI Shopping Assistant plugin must be active, licensed, and configured with

an AI provider key. Provider usage and charges are not included with the licence.

AI provider accounts, model usage, content governance, and usage charges are separate.
